As we come to the end of the 2008 chapter, we decided it would be best to give you guys one last thing to think about. 2009 is going to be a big year for gaming so what we decided to do is pose a question: What DLC do you most want for 2009?

Well we here at GamePro Arcade have compiled our most wanted list of DLC for 2009. Below you will find a couple editors' choices on what they hope to see in 2009.

Andrew's picks:

1. More Tool songs for Guitar Hero: World Tour - They already brought some good songs to the table, but Tool has a huge library to explore and I hope that Activision taps into this.

2. Custom Avatar Shirts - How awesome would it be if your Avatar had a Gears 2 T shirt or the Gui from Ryu in the upcoming Street Fighter? Having these clothes would make you stand out and of course make the experience better. Maybe Microsoft will get the hint. We want more clothes!

3. PSN and XBLA could use another big hit (PSN especially). If either of the two were to lock in Kojima's SNATCHER, it would surely be a instant classic on the two arcades. Delivering a good story and a different, yet retro style of game play. Snatcher is surely one to bring gamers back for more.

4. LittleBIGplanet expansion set - not just costumes but newly created levels by the creative minds behind the game. Maybe like a 10 -16 level expansion that would last roughly 6-7 hours chop full of secrets and new stickers! Putting a easy price tag or about $10 or so would surely keep us kiddies happy until the next installment came.

Sean's picks:

I've always been a Rock Band junkie, someone who has appreciated what the music titles have done for the gaming world in making it more diverse and appealing to crowds who never even knew how to turn on an Xbox360 or PlayStation 3. But in my opinion, Harmonix doesn't go bold enough in trying to gather more diverse tracks to download off the various online networks. Sure, they have rock, light rock, alternative and heavy metal, but so many people gasped when country tunes were thrown into the mix. Why is that? It makes sense they're pulling in different people. That's part of the business -- expanding your fan base. In 2009, I hope they keep it coming, piling on more country, techno and chart-topping pop songs. I'm not necessarily a huge fan of them all, but I want Rock Band and Guitar Hero games to stay fresh and keep winning awards. That's what sets these titles apart from normal games; the DLC possibilities are endless. I can't tell you how many parties I've walked into where plastic guitars and drum sets were the center of attention. Keep it coming, I'm not shaking my head.

I'm kind of a simple guy and I appreciate what DLC is already available. I'm normally impressed. But, I'm also completely on board for:

1. A patch to eliminate how unfair the chainsaw on the lancer is in Gears of War 2. Honestly, you get sucked into someone's lancer when you're constantly popping them with shotgun rounds. Fix it, Cliffy B. There's plenty to put a patch out for. We're sick of it. I use a hammerburst like a man anyways. Oh, and maybe a few more of the old maps too? I miss Fuel Depot.

2. Dozens of new XBL Avatar capabilities, such as allowing you to just walk around in chat-room type environments for games or just on the dashboard.

3. A Game Show Network channel allowing users to download games such as Family Feud, Lingo, Match Game or Whammy! I've been quite obsessed with GSN Live throughout 2008, so something focusing on gameshows would be beautiful. America loves the gameshow fad, right?

But more importantly, what about you guys? What are some of the items on your 2009 wish list? More songs? More themes? Or just leave it all alone? Let us know and post some comments below. We'd love to hear your suggestions.

I want KOTOR on Xbox Originals with the bugs fixed. It plays TERRIBLE on backwards compatibility, and I never had the original Xbox.

This is why I keep my old systems. I know its a great feature to have, but because it isn't the same technology the games will never run the same or better. The big reason is because they want to forget the past and move on to the new. Hence why you don't see any more backwards compatibility updates and why Sony got rid of the BC 60gb and 80gb PS3. Keeping your original xbox or simply buying one is not a huge hassle, I got 2 for about $30 plus controller S controllers at a local shop and they work fine. But I don't see a bright suture for original xbox games until more and more start hitting the market place. So maybe when KOTOR III hits you will see I and II on the marketplace to download. Then you will have your fixes.

But I always say keep the original disc and such. But that is just me, you may think different.
